I am the owner and head balloon stylist behind Young + Wild! I am mom to three sweet kids and married to a bearded man. After leaving my teaching career to stay home with my kids, I needed a creative outlet and started making balloon creations and Young + Wild was born in 2019.

I absolutely love all things pink and donuts ( with sprinkles of course ). I'm known for throwing over the top parties and eating endless amounts of candy! To me, no party is complete without confetti or balloons.

Kristen K.
MANAGER
Kristen oversees Young + Wild's daily operations, strategic direction, marketing and more. She joins our team after a seasoned career as a client experience director at various global design and advertising agencies.
When not in the office, you can find Kristen with her nose in a book, antiquing or hanging out with her friends and family.

Kristin manages inventory and keeps the HQ running like a well-oiled machine!

OPERATIONS COORDINATOR
Taylor
Taylor she keeps communication flowing with our amazing clients, and handles all of the logistics that keep our company running like a well-oiled machine. She joined our team in 2024 after spending more than a decade in the classroom as an elementary teacher.
When she’s not coordinating the chaos at Young + Wild, you can find her in her happy place– Lagree House, riding bikes with her family, or working on a puzzle.
Leslie
LEAD CELEBRATION SPECIALIST
Leslie is everyone's favorite party animal! She joined the Young + Wild Team after receiving her fashion design degree from Columbus College of Art and Design. Her creative eye and attention to detail make her the perfect addition to our Celebration Specialist team!
When she's not creating flawless balloon arrangements, you can find her at her sewing machine, creating gorgeous garments and giftables or making eternal ribbon bouquets.
Leanne
BALLOON BAR BOSS
Leanne manages our grab-n-go orders and ensures everything is ready for our customers, and pick ups go smoothly. She comes to us with years of experience as a preschool teacher and nanny, as well as a volunteer rap sheet longer than a CVS receipt. Her calming presence and can-do attitude make her the perfect addition to our team.
When she’s not creating calm around the balloon hq, you can find her competing in High Rocks competitions, spending time with her now-grown kids, and scoring incredible deals on the cutest clothes and accessories.
CELEBRATION SPECIALIST
Hollie
Hollie comes to Young + Wild with 14 years of experience as an event and wedding planner in the hospitality space. She went from friendor (friend vendor) to party animal and the team is better for it!
When Hollie isn't delivering balloon joy across the city, you can find her snuggled up with a good book, baking, or spending time with her family.
Sarah
CELEBRATION SPECIALIST
Sarah is​ everyone's favorite cheerleader! With years of experience working in the small business world, her keen eye for detail and lovable personality make her the perfect fit for delivering balloon joy to our trusting clients.
When she isn't busy installing balloons, you can find her enjoying the outdoors with her family or cheering on her sons and their teammates from the sidelines.
Michaella
CELEBRATION SPECIALIST
Michaella works to fabricate and deliver the Young + Wild Balloon creations that our clients have fallen in love with. Before joining our team, Michaella spent years working in the business side of restaurants. Her experience brings us perspective on how to run a more lean business, without compromising quality or client experience.
When she’s not creating and delivering balloon joy, you can find her spending time with her little ones, creating hilarious tik tok videos, and scouting out new things to do in our city.
Michelle
CELEBRATION SPECIALIST
Michelle has years of experience in creative settings, from faux floral design, working on photoshoots, and even fashion design, her attention to detail and ability to problem solve make her our secret weapon when creating over-the-top installations.
When she’s not out creating magic with us, you can find her spending time with friends, doing yoga in a park, or dining at a local restaurant with an incredible cocktail menu. ​
Katie
MAGIC MAKER
Katie is the branding mastermind and photographer behind Young + Wild! She created our logo, website, apparel designs, print goods, and pretty much anything cute you've ever seen us have.

When Katie is not creating for us, she is taking pretty photos or creating new recipes for her kids!
Lea
CELEBRATION SPECIALIST
Lea works on our weekend crew, delivering joy and creating memories for our clients. Her experience in social media management and incredible sense for what’s trendy make her the perfect gal for bringing our client’s events to the next level and ensuring they’re instagram-worthy.
When she’s off the clock, you can find her spending time with her family, rooting on the Buckeyes, and singing her heart out at a country concert.
Amanda
CELEBRATION SPECIALIST
Amanda is the Young + Wild sweetheart! Everyone that meets her instantly feels known. She throws the best parties with the most thoughtful details.
